Who we are

Courtney's Meal Preps is run by Courtney, a sole trader. Correspondence address: 136 Hall Street, Stockport, SK1 4HE. This is a postal address only, not a collection point. Email: hello@courtneysmealpreps.co.uk.

Ordering

• Each week we publish a menu. You can order from it until 6pm on the Thursday before collection. After that, orders for that week close.
• There's a minimum order of 3 mains.
• Your order is confirmed once your payment has gone through.

Prices and payment

• Prices are as shown on the menu page when you order, in pounds sterling.
• You pay by card when you order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Collection

• You choose a collection location and day when you order. Your meals will be ready to collect on that day.
• Collection is free.

Changes and refunds

• Every meal is made fresh to order and is perishable, so the usual 14-day right to cancel online purchases doesn't apply.
• Orders can be rearranged but not refunded after the Thursday 6pm cut-off. If you need to change an order, contact us at hello@courtneysmealpreps.co.uk.
• This doesn't affect your legal rights if your meals are faulty or not as described.

Allergies

If you have an allergy or intolerance, please contact us at hello@courtneysmealpreps.co.uk before you order and we'll tell you what's in each meal.

Complaints

If something isn't right, contact us at hello@courtneysmealpreps.co.uk and we'll put it right where we can.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
